What are the manifestations of hepatic hemangioma

Hepatic hemangioma is a benign liver tumor originated from endothelial cells of blood vessels, and there are mostly no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage, and when the tumor is large, it may show abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, vomiting, abdominal mass and other manifestations.
Most of the hepatic hemangiomas, especially those smaller than 5cm, do not have many clinical symptoms, and most of them are found during physical examination.
When the hepatic hemangioma is larger than 5cm, some patients may have gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and vomiting. Especially after eating, abdominal distension and bloating appear, and even abdominal mass may appear.
When the hepatic hemangioma is large, it will compress the surrounding organs, and when it compresses the esophagus, the patient may have difficulty in swallowing; when the bile duct is compressed, it may lead to biliary stasis, which may result in the manifestation of yellow staining of the skin and sclera.
When diagnosed with hepatic hemangioma, observation and treatment should be carried out when the tumor is small, and regular review should be carried out, and timely medical treatment should be sought when there is any discomfort.
