Bad eating habits can also form constipation

  Constipation as a symptom refers to a decrease in the number of bowel movements, hard stools and uncomfortable feelings of the patient compared to healthy ones. Under normal circumstances, it often takes 48 hours for food to pass through the gastrointestinal tract, after digestion and absorption, and for the remaining residue to be excreted, so if the interval between bowel movements exceeds 48 hours, it is considered constipation. However, healthy people have different bowel habits, there are 2-3 days of bowel movements once, without any pain, this situation should not be called constipation.  The cause of constipation is often not single, the direct cause of the onset can be divided into two kinds, namely, colonic constipation caused by slow movement or spasm of the colon and rectal constipation caused by blunted rectal reflexes, also known as defecation difficulties. There are also people who classify constipation into two types: hypertonic and hyper-tensive constipation.  Specific can be summarized as follows: 1, due to poor dietary habits, so that the mechanical or chemical stimulation of food is not enough, or because the intake of food is too little, too fine, especially the lack of a large amount of residue left behind food, so that the intestinal stimulation is reduced, the reflex peristalsis is weakened and cause constipation.  2, change of living habits, improper defecation posture, often taking strong laxatives and enemas, etc., can cause a decrease in the sensitivity of the rectal reflex, so that although there is fecal entry, but not enough to cause effective nerve impulses, so that the defecation reflex can not produce and cause constipation.  3, mental depression or excessive excitement, so that the conditioned reflex disorder and cause constipation.  4, poor living habits, lack of sleep, continuous high state of mental tension, etc., can also cause peristaltic malfunction and spastic contraction of the colon and cause constipation.
