The 24-hour urine protein quantification —- can be understood as: collecting all the urine for one day and one night and testing how much protein is present in it to assess the condition. The first step is to prepare a clean, dry, large volume (preferably with a cap) and a small 15 ml test tube with a cap or a clean bottle of purified water. The patient urinates at 6:00 a.m. and discards the urine, and from this point on, each subsequent urine is collected in the container, and each subsequent urine is left in the container until the first urine after waking up at 6:00 a.m. the next morning, and finally the urine is fully mixed, and the total amount of urine is measured, expressed in milliliters, and recorded in the obvious position on the front of the test sheet, preferably within two hours of delivery, and the urine is no longer collected at 10:00 a.m. in our hospital. Note: 1.After mixing all the urine fully, keep and pour it into a small test tube with a cap or a mineral water bottle. 2, summer must be placed in a cool, dry place. 3, in order to accurately measure the 24-hour urine protein quantification, must be accurate timing, must be 24 hours. 4.Make sure to measure accurately, make sure to calculate all the urine together and count accurately, if you are worried that the calculation is not accurate, you can bring it to the laboratory for uniform measurement. 5.If there is a stool and urine at the same time and it is difficult to keep urine, also estimate the amount of urine as much as possible and add it to the total urine volume. Bring it to the hospital within two hours and write the urine volume on the lab sheet. The laboratory will measure the concentration of urine protein in the small container, and then based on the actual urine volume, the amount of protein can be calculated for 24 hours.
