1. People with a history of chronic liver disease. Usually it is a trilogy of “hepatitis-cirrhosis-liver cancer” development. Clinical survey data show that about l0% of viral hepatitis develop into chronic active hepatitis, and 50% of chronic active hepatitis can develop into liver cirrhosis, and the chance of liver cancer in cirrhosis is about 9.9%-16.6%. However, not all patients with hepatitis and cirrhosis will develop liver cancer. Therefore, those who have suffered from viral hepatitis B/C and become chronic, or those who have developed post-hepatitis cirrhosis, should actively review and treat chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis regularly, and should not take them lightly. 2. Those with family history of liver cancer. Some studies have shown that there is a family gathering phenomenon of liver cancer, and some genetic defects may lead to an increased risk of liver cancer. Therefore, family members of liver cancer patients should go to hospitals for relevant examinations. Some people are found to have liver cancer when they visit their loved ones who have liver cancer in the hospital. 3.Alcoholics. In many European and American countries, where hepatitis is less common, alcohol consumption is an important factor in chronic liver disease, and alcohol consumption is associated with increased risk of liver cancer. 4.Patients with severe fatty liver. Due to less attention on diet and eating a lot of high-fat food, the burden on liver is increased and the decomposition ability of fat is reduced resulting in severe fatty liver, such patients are also prone to develop liver cancer. 5.People in areas with high incidence of liver cancer. In China, there are areas with high incidence of liver cancer, such as Fusui in Guangxi, Qidong in Jiangsu, Shunde in Guangdong and Tongan in Fujian. Through epidemiological investigation and research, it is found that there are different degrees of aflatoxin contamination in the food consumed by residents in areas with high incidence of liver cancer in China. Therefore, people living in areas with high incidence of liver cancer should pay attention to screening.
