Attention! These are the advanced symptoms of cervical cancer!

Pain is a symptom of advanced cervical cancer. The cancer tumor extends along the parietal tissue, invades the pelvic wall and presses the peripheral nerves, which clinically manifests as persistent pain in the sciatic nerve or one side of sacrum and iliac region. The tumor compresses or encroaches on the ureter, and the narrowing and obstruction of the duct leads to hydronephrosis, which manifests as back pain on one side or even severe pain, and further develops into renal failure or even uremia. The invasion of lymphatic system leads to blockage of lymphatic vessels and obstruction of return flow, resulting in swelling and pain in the lower limbs and other symptoms. The late symptoms of cervical cancer are manifested as follows: 1. Vaginal bleeding is more obvious than the occasional and small amount of contact blood in the early manifestations. It is manifested as vaginal bleeding after menopause or during non-menstrual period, sometimes in drips like leakage, and sometimes in large amount like collapse. 2.Abnormal leucorrhea. 3.In the advanced stage, due to the infiltration of cancer tissues to the vicinity of the cervix, involving the pelvic wall, occluded nerve and lumbosacral nerve, corresponding pain symptoms will appear, such as lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and sciatica. Systemic symptoms will appear in the advanced stage of cervical cancer. Fever is caused by metabolism of cancer tissues, absorption of necrotic tissues or co-infection, and the body temperature is usually around 38℃, and a few can be over 39℃. Due to bleeding and consumption, anemia, emaciation and even cachexia may occur. Late stage cervical cancer can take some traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the body immunity and improve the patient’s survival quality, such as ginseng extract ginsenoside Rh2 can be a conservative treatment for the whole body of late stage patients to control the further deterioration of the body condition and prolong the patient’s life, especially the content of about 16.2% is most consistent with human absorption. At this time, the most important thing is to keep the patient’s normal strength to complete all treatments successfully, which also greatly improves the prognosis of patients with advanced cervical cancer. Metastatic symptoms will appear in the late stage of cervical cancer, generally the cancer spreads to the front and can invade the bladder. Patients will experience frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, falling and hematuria, which are often misdiagnosed as urinary tract infection and delay the diagnosis. In severe cases, vesico-vaginal fistula can be formed. If the cancer spreads backward, it can invade the rectum, and there are symptoms such as cramping, difficulty in defecation, urgency and blood in the stool, etc. Further development can lead to vaginal-rectal fistula. Distant metastasis may occur in the advanced stage of the disease. The more common is supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, in which nodes or masses appear. Cancer infiltration can spread to distant organs through blood vessels or lymphatic system and metastases in corresponding areas and their corresponding symptoms can appear. Late stage cervical cancer metabolic abnormalities In late stage patients, abnormal metabolism of cancerous tissues, absorption of necrotic material, and infection lead to fever in the body, the fever type is usually low fever, a few can exceed 39℃, bleeding and tumor consumption affect the metabolism and produce malignant fluid. It can be said that the main symptom of cervical cancer is bleeding. Of course, the more bleeding, the more serious the disease is, and this period is basically the late stage of cervical cancer.
