Cervical cancer belongs to the category of “banding”, “leakage” and “obstruction” in Chinese medicine. It is caused by the imbalance of qi and blood in the internal organs, internal invasion of dampness and toxicity, which accumulates in the lower part of the body and damages the two channels of the Qi and Ren. In Chinese medicine, cervical cancer is divided into four types, namely liver-depression and qi-stagnation type, liver-kidney-yin deficiency type, dampness-heat-stasis and toxicity type, and spleen-kidney-yang deficiency type. If the Qi is very depressed, add Radix Aromaticus, Radix Fructus, Yujin; if the liver is depressed and fire, with hot flashes and red cheeks, add Dampi, Gardenia; if the blood is deficient, add Rhizoma Dioscorea, Radix Shou Wu; also add Fu Ling to fight against tumor. Liver and kidney yin deficiency type Prescription: Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan (“Jin Jian of Medicine”). Zhi Mu 15g, Huang Bai 10g, Shu Di 12g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 12g, Huai Shan Yao 12g, Ze Di 9g, Fu Ling 12g, Dan Pi 10g. If the lower jiao is very hot and toxic, add Fu Ling, White Flower Snake Tongue Cao; bleeding more than the amount of white foxglove, Xi Cao, Xian He Cao; yin deficiency eyes paste dry, add Lycium barbarum, Hang Chrysanthemum; dry and constipated stool, add fire Ma Ren, Yu Li Ren. For severe heat toxicity, add Dandelion and Flea Hue; for thirst and desire to drink, add Tian Tian Fan and Dendrobium; for nighttime distress and difficulty in sleeping, add Huang Lian and Fu Shen; for back pain, add Sang Sang and Du Zhong; for small abdominal pain, add Red Peony and Tai Wu Yao. Spleen and kidney yang deficiency formula: Ginseng and Atractylodes (Hodong Bureau Formula) combined with Kidney Qi Pill (Jin Kui Essentials). Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae 20g, Poria 15g, Chinese Yam 20g, Coix Coix Seed 20g, White Lentil 12g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 12g, Lotus Root 12g, Radix Platycodon 4.5g, Radix et Rhizoma Gastrodiae 3g (later), Radix Glycyrrhiza Uralensis 3g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 12g, Rhizoma Zedoariae 12g, Poria 12g, Dampi 12g. Add Blood Yu Char, Artichoke; add Boneset and Puzzle Nut for kidney deficiency with increased nocturnal urination; add Chebulan and Nutmeg for diarrhea. Add horseradish, nutmeg; dampness and toxicity, add Poria cocos, seven-leaved flower; dripping sweat, seems to have the potential of Yang off, urgently add ginseng to return Yang to fix off.
