Neuroblastoma manifests differently depending on the primary site, mostly in the abdomen, adrenal region, chest, neck, etc. The symptoms are as follows: 1) when the lesion is located in the abdominal cavity, it may cause abdominal enlargement, discomfort and hard abdominal mass; 2) when the lesion is located in the thoracic cavity, it may cause difficulty in breathing; 3) when the lesion is located in the high chest or neck, it may cause unilateral eyelid drooping and no sweating; 4) when the lesion is located in the spinal cord, it may cause difficulty in walking and standing, and paraplegia; 5) when the lesion is located in the bone and joint parts such as legs or hips, it may cause bone pain or limp; when it is accompanied by bone marrow destruction, it may cause pallor or lameness. When the lesion is located in the spinal cord, it may cause pallor or spontaneous anemia.
