Hepatitis B triple shot interval

The hepatitis B vaccine requires three injections, with the first and second doses usually recommended to be given one month apart and the third dose six months after the first. The hepatitis B vaccination will result in a certain antibody titer in the body after the vaccination. The continuous vaccination is to allow the body to produce enough antibodies to help resist the hepatitis B virus, and it is usually recommended that the vaccination be administered according to the principle of 0, 1, 6. If the vaccine cannot be given in time in the 6th month after the 1st injection, the antibody titer in the body can be tested, and if it reaches a certain effective concentration level, the 3rd vaccination can be postponed for 1-2 months. In addition, you should stay in the hospital for 20-30 minutes after the hepatitis B vaccination to make sure there is no discomfort before leaving on your own. If you have a mild fever after vaccination, it is normal. If symptoms such as high fever do not go away, you should go to the hospital internal medicine department or the epidemic prevention department for consultation in a timely manner.
