B ultrasound cannot detect early stage cervical cancer. Early stage cervical cancer is limited to the surface of the cervix, the lesion is relatively small in scope, and it does not cause changes in the morphology of the cervix, the echogenicity is still homogeneous, there is no ascites or enlargement of pelvic lymph nodes, and there are no special manifestations in the ultrasound images. Early stage cervical cancer can be diagnosed through gynecological examination, direct observation with endoscope, and then pathological examination by taking suspicious material. For middle and late stage cervical cancer, the surface of the cervix is not smooth, the echogenicity is not uniform, there may be irregular bleeding and the morphology of the cervix may change. In the middle and late stage, ascites and metastasis of abdominal lymph nodes may appear, which can be shown by ultrasound. Women are advised to go to the hospital for regular gynecological checkups for early detection and early treatment.
