What causes nephrogenic oedema in the morning and heavy in the evening?

The body may experience poor venous return after a hard day’s work, so the symptoms of oedema are heavier than in the morning when you are well rested. However, nephrogenic oedema usually occurs in areas of loose tissue, mostly on the eyelids and face, and then rapidly progresses to the whole body, with no obvious signs of morning sickness or evening sickness. Therefore, it is wrong to say that “renal oedema is lighter in the morning and heavier at night”.
