Nausea and vomiting, tingling of the hands and feet, if the tingling of the hands and feet is on the lateral side, clinically it is considered to be a brain disease, with cerebrovascular disease being the most common. For patients with more obvious nausea and vomiting, clinically it can be seen in lesions of the posterior circulation, such as infarction of the brainstem or microhemorrhage, and the patient can have nausea and vomiting, tingling of the hands and feet, and in severe cases it can be accompanied by dizziness, headache, and rotation of vision. The diagnosis can be confirmed by CT or MRI of the head. It can also be seen in patients with gastrointestinal tract disorders, especially in the elderly due to the poor function of the gastrointestinal tract and the lack of vitamin B absorption due to poor feeding, which can lead to peripheral neuropathy, manifesting as numbness in the hands and feet, or in severe cases, numbness in the limbs and feet, and nausea and vomiting accompanied by indigestion.
