Dampness is born inside and is called internal dampness. Dampness belongs to the yin category, and internal dampness is a pathological product resulting from malfunction in the transportation and distribution of water. The key to the production of internal dampness is the malfunction of water transportation, and the human body hosts the water metabolism of the organs, mainly the lungs, spleen and kidneys, therefore, the generation of internal dampness is most closely related to the lungs, spleen and kidneys.
