Eat what can daily bowel movements

  Drink more water, eat more food rich in dietary fiber, and use laxatives to assist in bowel movements if necessary.  Water can lubricate the intestinal tract, and drinking the right amount every day is good for laxation. Dietary fiber can increase the volume of feces, reduce the time of food residues in the intestine in the body, and speed up the frequency of defecation. Vegetables and fruits are rich in dietary fiber, such as dragon fruit, kiwi, bananas, apples, bitter melon, celery, loofah, etc., are conducive to bowel movements. In addition, moderate consumption of coarse and dreary grains, dried fruits rich in oils and fats, all help defecation. Usually should eat less meat and animal offal and other high-protein, high cholesterol and spicy stimulating food. If you are severely constipated, you can take laxatives to assist in defecation, but it is not recommended to take drugs often for defecation to prevent intestinal dependence, and even prone to colonic melanosis, and attention should be paid before taking laxatives to exclude other serious intestinal diseases such as intestinal obstruction.  Daily scientific and reasonable bowel movements, diet and lifestyle habits should be established to help daily bowel movements.
