Is there a high chance of re-infection in patients discharged from the hospital with neoconiosis?

Under normal circumstances, if a discharged patient has a relatively normal resistance, no more underlying disease, and is discharged after two consecutive negative nucleic acid tests followed by two weeks of medical isolation and observation, the chances of reinfection are not great. If the nucleic acid test is positive again after discharge, it may be that some patients have been applying hormones for a longer period of time and in larger amounts, resulting in delayed clearance of the virus in their bodies, so they may still be positive when tested again, rather than relapsing or re-infected, and it is not clear whether such patients will infect others, and it is recommended that medical isolation and observation continue.
