Chicken Neijin is not effective in the treatment of gallbladder stones and is mainly used clinically to eliminate food accumulation and strengthen the spleen and stomach. At present, the treatment of gallbladder stones mainly includes medication and surgery. The former is mainly applied to static cholesterol stones, mainly including ursodeoxycholic acid and goose deoxycholic acid; the latter is mainly applied to stone cholecystitis caused by damp heat in liver and gallbladder, mainly including Shu Bile Tablets, Bile Ning Tablets and Anti-inflammatory and Bile Tablets. Even the current application of these drugs does not have very good effect on the treatment of gallbladder stones. The former mainly takes a longer time, has certain damage to liver function and has a relatively high recurrence rate; the latter only improves clinical symptoms and does not fundamentally solve the problem of inflammation caused by stones. Therefore, in many cases gallbladder stones also need to be treated surgically, especially surgical removal of the gallbladder.
