Can a solid occupying hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver be treated without resection of the left lobe of the liver?

For solid occupying hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver, if the tumor is relatively small, the left lobe of the liver can be left unresected; however, if the tumor is relatively large, the left lobe of the liver will usually be recommended to be removed. If the tumor of solid occupying hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver is relatively small and its diameter does not exceed 5 cm, no special treatment can be done first and the left lobe of the liver does not need to be resected; whereas for relatively large hemangiomas but the diameter of the hemangioma does not exceed 10 cm, the hemangioma can be directly resected without the need to resect the left lobe of the liver. If the solid occupying hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver is large in size, the effect of hemangioma resection alone is not good, and it is necessary to resect the left lobe of the liver. If there is a solid occupying hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver, but the size is not clear, try not to do strenuous exercise to avoid rupture of the hemangioma. During this period, the patient should go to the hospital for regular checkups and undergo regular treatment according to the diagnosis.
