Can you resume menstruation after menopause?

Menopause is a complex process, and after menopause, due to the failure of ovarian function, the hormone level in the body decreases, the endometrium will also stop growing and the uterus will also shrink, so it is not possible to resume menstruation after normal menopause. The normal physiological decline of ovarian function is irreversible and cannot be reversed once menopause has occurred, so it is impossible to resume menstruation. If women who have been menopausal for more than a year experience vaginal bleeding, it is no longer menstruation, but may be caused by some pathological factors, such as cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, and other factors. Some women choose to take artificial estrogen supplements during perimenopause in order to slow down the aging process, under the guidance of a doctor and with regular follow-up. Menopause is a manifestation of aging and a natural process, so every woman should treat it with a normal heart.
