Not enough robots for assisted laparoscopy?

As the number of cases of robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostate cancer surgery has increased, the technology has matured and the advantages have become increasingly apparent. However, the hospital has only one set of robotic equipment, and several departments are using it together, so the number of patients in line is increasing. I hope that patients will understand and, more importantly, wait with peace of mind, as prostate cancer is a slow-growing disease and waiting 1-2 weeks longer will not affect the outcome of the surgery. It is said that some patients abroad have to wait for months to find a well-known doctor to prescribe this surgery, and we are already running the machine at maximum efficiency under the existing conditions.
