Patient, male, 17 years old, chest tightness after activity, chest CT suggested spontaneous pneumothorax due to rupture of the pulmonary blister in the upper lobe of the right lung, thoracoscopic resection of the pulmonary blister + pleural adhesions was performed, and he was discharged on the 5th day after surgery with minimal trauma, rapid recovery and good results.
