Routine pre-husband insemination tests The laboratory tests to be completed by infertile couples before performing artificial insemination treatment: Male l. Semen routine (our hospital); semen mycoplasma, chlamydia culture; abnormal results need to be repeated 2-3 times, genital ultrasound and sex hormones need to be checked for abnormal semen. 2. Blood sampling for syphilis (RPR), AIDS (HIV), liver function, hepatitis B 2.5, hepatitis B DNA, hepatitis C, blood type, chromosome. Female l. Blood test for sex hormones (FSH, LH, E2, T, PRL), TSH, AMH, liver and kidney function, fasting glucose, hepatitis B half, hepatitis B DNA, hepatitis C, syphilis (RPR), HIV, blood type, chromosomes on the third day of menstruation. 2. Routine leucorrhoea, mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcal culture, cervical smear during non-menstrual period. 3.Fallopian tube imaging, ultrasound of uterine adnexa in our hospital. Three certificates: ID card of both parties, marriage certificate, birth certificate or certificate of not having children (issued by the family planning agency, with a fixed telephone number of the family planning office)
