What to know about artificial insemination

Artificial insemination (AI) is a technique in which the husband’s semen or the semen of a healthy, voluntary donor (which has been frozen) is collected and inserted into the female reproductive tract for the purpose of conception by means other than sexual intercourse. Female: Tubal examination, endocrine examination, chlamydia, leukorrhea routine, blood type and Rh(D), AIDS, syphilis screening, Hepatitis B V, Hepatitis C, urine routine. 4.Couple sign the informed consent for artificial insemination and the informed consent for follow-up visits. 5.Doctors will decide the treatment plan according to your specific situation. Generally, natural cycle is adopted, and patients with anovulation or sparse ovulation can be induced to ovulate by drugs. The growth and development of the follicle is monitored by ultrasound and urine LH measurement, and the follicle is positive for urine LH or injected with HCG, and artificial insemination is carried out in 24~48h.
