Patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma coughing, coughing sputum and blood in sputum are most likely to have lung metastasis, so it is recommended to have enhanced CT examination of lung or PET-CT examination of whole body. If the tumor has metastasized to the lung and has been previously treated by resection of liver tumor and there is no recurrence of metastasis in the liver, lung radiation therapy or intravenous chemotherapy can be considered for better treatment of lung tumor disease. If metastasis has occurred in multiple parts of the body, oral chemotherapy drugs such as sorafenib or gemcitabine need to be actively considered for treatment, and intravenous systemic chemotherapy can also be considered for continuation.
