Mucosal congestion and edema in the gastric sinus is a gastroscopic manifestation, indicating that the patient may have gastritis. Special attention should be paid to dietary regimen in treatment. A light and easy-to-digest diet should be given, such as rice porridge, millet porridge, noodles, etc. Eat less raw, cold, rough and hard indigestible food. Avoid spicy and irritating food, alcohol and strong tea to avoid stimulating the inflamed mucous membrane of the gastric sinus, which will aggravate the disease and is not conducive to recovery. On the basis of diet with drug therapy, give drugs to protect the gastric mucosa and promote the recovery of gastric mucosa, such as aluminum thioglycollate, metsulin granules, etc. If the patient is accompanied by acid reflux, heartburn and other symptoms, acid control drugs should be given, such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, etc. If the patient has symptoms such as gastric distension and ambiguous gas, pro-gastric motility drugs such as morpholine and mosapride should be given, and gastroscopy should be reviewed after 2-3 weeks of treatment.
