Can you still have children if you lose one testicle?

Some adolescents are active and occasionally have traumatic injuries during intense sports or other activities, and one testicle must be removed during treatment, or one testicle must be removed due to certain diseases, so do they still have normal fertility? Do they still have a normal sex life after marriage? This is a very important question. In fact, what they are concerned about is precisely the two major physiological functions of the testes themselves – sperm production and androgen secretion. In fact, the number of sperm produced by each testicle every day is very large and can reach hundreds of millions of sperm. Therefore, even if there is only one testicle, as long as its function is normal, it can produce enough sperm for fertilization. By the same token, the androgens produced are also sufficient for use. Therefore, as long as the remaining testicle is functioning normally, it is perfectly safe to marry and have children without any concern at all. However, if the remaining testicles also have problems, then it is a different story, depending on their functional status and the severity of the damage. As for how to deal with this complex problem, it will have to be dealt with by a specialist on a case-by-case basis.
