Inguinal lymph node enlargement and varicocele are two very different diseases, and there is no necessary connection between these two diseases. Varicocele may cause infertility in male patients and requires prompt medical treatment. However, if the enlarged inguinal lymph nodes are caused by a reproductive pathology, they may also affect the male patient’s fertility.
