Can stomach problems cause bleeding and constipation, and how should they be treated?

Patient: I suffer from stomach disease, I had a checkup and the doctor said it was a bulbous ulcer, I took a lot of medicine, and now my stomach doesn’t hurt. But occasionally constipation, and early in the morning after waking up will vomit a little blood, at the end of March barium meal test, said it is a gastric ulcer prescribed stomach medicine to eat, (omeprazole enteric suppositories, lansoprazole tablets, etc.) has eaten more than ten courses of treatment, now the stomach does not hurt. Is the bleeding and constipation caused by gastric disease and how should I treat it? Sun Weihao, Department of Gastroenterology, Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital: The specific case of blood spitting you mentioned is not clear, I suspect that it is not real blood spitting, but blood in sputum. Bleeding duodenal bulb ulcer is usually manifested as black stool rather than vomiting blood, while bleeding gastric ulcer can be manifested as vomiting blood, but never a little blood, but a large mouthful of fresh blood or dark red coffee-like. Constipation has little to do with gastric disease and is usually caused by little exercise, little water and too little fiber content (vegetables) in food.
