Liver cancer stomach pain

The abdominal pain caused by liver cancer patients is mainly liver-like pain. This is the first symptom of liver cancer, which is mainly caused by the rapid growth of the tumor, which increases the tension of the liver envelope, the invasion of the liver envelope by liver cancer, or the rupture and bleeding of the cancer nodules. Such pain is mostly located in the subxiphoid process or the right upper abdomen, and presents as intermittent or persistent dull, stabbing or dull pain, which is aggravated when breathing. When the tumor is located in the right upper abdomen, the pain may radiate to the right shoulder or right back. If the tumor is located in the left lobe, the pain appears earlier, and occasionally the left abdominal pain may occur. If the tumor is located deep in the liver parenchyma, the pain is less common and most of the pain is dull and swollen.
