Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor located in the cervix with the main manifestations of leukorrhea, excessive menstruation, irregular vaginal bleeding, post-coital bleeding, pain in the lower back and abdomen, anemia, severe emaciation and other symptoms of general exhaustion. Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor in female reproductive organs, and it is also a common tumor with increasing incidence among all tumors. Its incidence is related to “aphrodisiacs”, early marriage and childbirth, sexual disorders and certain viruses (especially HPV 16 and 18) infection. The occurrence of cervical cancer often goes through the process of erosion, atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma. Although the incidence rate is high, cervical cancer has the characteristics of easy early detection, early diagnosis and high curative rate. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer has surged, and in Beijing, for example, lung cancer and cervical cancer have risen the most. The traditional belief is that the disorder and impurity of sexual life is the direct cause of cervical cancer. First of all, although bacterial and viral infections can increase the stimulation of the cervix, the strong repairing ability of the human body can compensate for the stimulation of the body by foreign substances. Secondly, under normal circumstances, the vaginal epithelial cells undergo cyclic changes with the action of estrogen and progesterone in the menstrual cycle, and together with the dominant lactobacilli in the vagina, the vagina is in an acidic environment (PH value about 3.8-4.4), which is not suitable for the survival of most bacteria and viruses; finally, many carriers may not always develop cervical cancer. Therefore, I believe that unclean sex is not a direct cause of the development of cervical cancer, but an important causative factor, or a cause that accelerates the development of cervical cancer. Then, I think the key cause of the development of cervical cancer is the internal changes in the human body, and the most common one is the “aphrodisiac”. The “aphrodisiac” here is a broad concept, refers to those who can promote people’s sexual desire lasting food, drugs, etc., that is, those with androgenic effect, common deer antler, sea cucumber, abalone, light vegetable, loach and even include some food additives, health products, supplements, drugs and so on. In Chinese medicine, it is aphrodisiac. Why are “aphrodisiacs” the key cause of cervical cancer? It is because “aphrodisiacs” have a long-lasting characteristic. When men and women have intercourse, qi and blood gather in the cervix for a long time, which will cause local stasis and obstruction, and the stasis will turn into heat for a long time, which will become fire. What is the performance of “fire”? Secondly, in my “Ten Lectures on Chinese Medicine Tumor Treatment”, I have discussed in detail that tumors that are on the surface of the body or in contact with the outside world are mostly fire, and the uterine cervix is no exception, so I will not repeat here. This is not difficult to understand. The cervix is the junction between the uterine body and the vagina, which is different from the uterine body, and the greatest characteristic of the cervix is that it does not shed periodically with the menstrual cycle, so local stagnation can easily occur. As mentioned earlier, the cervix is prone to stagnation, local qi and blood do not run smoothly, tissue cells do not get enough qi and blood nutrition, immune function is low, and self-repair is also affected, thus leaving an opportunity for external evil to attack, and the uterus is an organ for conceiving and nurturing a fetus, which needs yin and blood nutrition. The disease is naturally due to blood deficiency. The cervical cancer is a gynecological malignancy, and menstruation and fetal delivery are the most important and unique things in gynecology, in which the cervix plays a very important role, it is the channel of menstruation, belt and fetal delivery. “Five, an important factor that cannot be ignored is the “liver meridian” and the “Punch and Ren”. In the “Ling Shu – meridians”, the liver and foot Vulcan veins “enter the hair, surround the pubic apparatus, and reach the less abdomen”, and meet with the Ren pulse at the “Qu bone”, and the two Channels both originate in the “cell center”, liver depression and Qi stagnation, and disorders of the Channels will affect the normal physiological function of the uterine cervix. The normal physiological function of the cervix will be affected. Sixth, cancer toxicity, the formation of tumor is inseparable from cancer toxicity. In conclusion, there are six pathogenic factors related to cervical cancer, namely fire, blood stasis, blood deficiency, damp heat, liver depression and cancer toxicity. After the causes of cervical cancer are clearly identified, the treatment can be targeted, and in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, medicine and moxibustion are used in combination. In Chinese medicine, for “blood stasis” and “blood deficiency”, we can use Si Wu Tang and Da Huang, Tao Ren, Safflower and Tu Yuan to invigorate and tonify blood; for “damp-heat” in the lower jiao, we can use Zhi Mu, Huang Bai, Che Qian Zi and Cang Zhu to clear the blood. The lower jiao “damp heat”, can be used to clear heat and dampness, here and also the meaning of the two miaoshan (cypress, atractylodes); and the lower jiao “blood heat, fire heat”, at this time can be used size thistle, white foxglove, acacia flowers, acacia, etc.; liver stagnation is easy to fire, choose Chai Hu, scutellaria to dredge the liver to clear heat; anti-tumor herbs can be used acute, gecko, red bean curd, etc. Acupuncture is also useful, the uterus is located in the lower jiao, between the bladder and rectum, to use the lower abdominal points, the first is the “uterus point” (4 inches below the navel next to open 3 inches), regulating menstrual gas, mainly to treat women’s infertility, menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, and appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc., direct prick 1.5-2 inches, pregnant women are prohibited needles, moxa cones Moxibustion 3-5 strong, or moxibustion 5-15 minutes; the second is the points on the Ren Vessel Qi Hai, Guan Yuan, Zhong Ji, replenish Yin and Blood, replenish Yuan Qi, and at the same time can dispel dampness, combined with watercourse, Guilai and other points to clear heat and dampness, to give the evil a way out, attacking and replenishing at the same time, and can play a local target immunotherapy.
