How to stay away from melasma

Melasma, also known as butterfly spot, is a pigmentation skin disease mostly found in the face of young and middle-aged women. The rash is often symmetrically distributed on the cheekbones and has a butterfly shape, often aggravated in spring. How to keep away from chloasma effectively? 1. Diet. Eat less or no spicy and stimulating food, more vegetables and fruits, and pay attention to the intake of coarse fiber to prevent constipation. 2. Sun protection. Avoid strong sunlight as much as possible and pay attention to applying sunscreen when going out. 3, rest. Pay attention to ensure sufficient sleep, maintain a good state of mind, and regulate the post-endocrine system.
