There are definitely cases of cervical cancer living 30 years in early stage. Early treatment of cervical cancer is very effective, and generally there are many who can survive for more than 20 or 30 years, which has no major impact on the survival period, but the prerequisite is early detection and early treatment. The most important symptom of early cervical cancer is contact vaginal bleeding, which can be diagnosed by colposcopic biopsy. After cervical cancer is diagnosed, as long as there is no metastatic lesion elsewhere and the lesion is relatively limited, it is usually relatively early and can be considered for local cervical conization treatment. If cervical cancer is found at an older age and there is no requirement for fertility, total hysterectomy can be done. After surgery, further adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be done to control the development of the disease and prolong the survival period. Most of the cervical cancers are squamous cervical cancer, which is still sensitive to radiotherapy.
