Allergic purpura nephritis is a diffuse vascular hemorrhagic disease that takes 2-3 years to heal. The criteria for healing are complete disappearance of skin purpura and urine protein conversion to negative for at least 2-4 months. The disappearance of carnal hematuria may be accompanied by microscopic hematuria, but not more than 10 red blood cells per high magnification view. The skin purpura is no longer present after the activity, and it is important to ensure that the kidney function is normal and the blood pressure is stable before exercising. It is also important to take care of the cold during the exercise to prevent the disease from recurring.
