Treatment

The results suggest inflammatory changes, no intraepithelial neoplasia or malignant tumor cells are seen, and the preliminary diagnosis is condyloma acuminata.
As the local warts are large, conservative treatment is less effective, so it was decided to give the patient the application of laser excision of warts. After discussing with the patient, the patient agreed to take laser excision. The laser is then used to cauterize the warts with the high temperature produced by the carbon dioxide laser, thus destroying the patient’s warts and achieving the purpose of excision. While using the laser, the patient is given the topical medication tincture of ghosts to inhibit the continued growth of the warts.
The effect of treatment
The patient 5 days after treatment, self-reported feeling warts disappeared, itching feeling no longer, lesions slightly some pain, but can be tolerated. After 10 days of treatment, the patient feels that the skin is healing well, no more itching, and the pain basically disappeared. After 20 days of treatment, the skin of the patient’s lesions healed well, has become smoother, and warts completely disappeared, itching, pain and other uncomfortable symptoms also completely disappeared, to heal from the hospital. The patient was asked to review regularly, the follow-up has been six months, no recurrence.

I’m glad that after active treatment, the patient’s warts disappeared, itching and pain no longer appear, and no recurrence has been seen on multiple reviews, which basically means that the patient has reached a state of cure, but this does not mean that the patient can not worry about recurrence from now on.
