What happened to the blood in the sperm?

The normal color of semen is milky white and yellowish. If there is pink, red, coffee color or blood mixed in semen, it is a manifestation of hematosperm. If a man has blood in his sperm, it is usually caused by a variety of factors such as inflammation, tumors, blood disorders, too much sex, varicose veins, etc. Most hematosperm is caused by inflammation, such as prostatitis, vesiculitis, epididymitis, etc. Because the vesicular gland, prostate gland and posterior urethra are connected to each other, inflammation can easily spread from one of them to the other two, thus triggering hematosperm. In addition, the wall of the vesicle is very thin, and once inflammation and congestion occur, the vesicle wall, which is covered with blood vessels, can easily bleed. If hematosperm persists and keeps getting worse, it cannot be ruled out that it is caused by tumors, such as prostate cancer and benign prostate hypertrophy, which can cause the phenomenon of blood to get worse. The phenomenon of hematosperm in a small number of men may also be due to systemic bleeding caused by their own blood disorders, such as purpura, scurvy and leukemia. Some people have more sex or masturbate more frequently, which can also cause temporary hematosperm, mainly due to the rupture of tiny small blood vessels in certain tissues due to acute congestion and mechanical collision during sex, and therefore can be trapped in the semen with the phenomenon of blood. In addition, if there are varicose veins in the seminal vesicles, cysts in the seminal glands, long-term repeated compression in the perineal area, and rupture of dilated subepithelial veins in the posterior urethra, etc., they may cause the phenomenon of hematospermia to appear.
