3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy experience

With the advancement of technology, mature 3D laparoscopic equipment has also begun to be used in urological surgery, I participated in several 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, I feel very, will experience the following advantages: visual 3D spatial sense is stronger, especially the separation, resection, pinning, suturing and other links, there is a sense of immersion. 3D depth can make the operation less difficult. Disadvantages: 1, long time staring at the screen, eyes uncomfortable, need to adapt. 2. The 3D lens cannot be rotated, which is demanding for those who hold the mirror, and it is difficult when the adhesions are serious and all corners need to be observed. Overall, I have a positive attitude towards 3D laparoscopy, which changes the usual two-dimensional surgery into three-dimensional and makes it less difficult, especially for lower urinary tract surgery.
