Most patients with advanced prostate cancer have a survival period of between 3-5 years. Prostate cancer is a more common type of malignant tumor in men. Symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, hematuria, edema of lower limbs, difficulty in defecation and urination will occur in the advanced stage of prostate cancer. It is prone to bone metastasis, such as pelvic and lumbar spine metastasis, which will lead to bone pain and fracture. After systematic treatment, such as endocrine therapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, about 50% of the patients can reach more than 5 years of survival. Patients with advanced prostate cancer should maintain an optimistic attitude on weekdays, exercise appropriately, eat more vegetables and fruits to prevent constipation, proactively cooperate with treatment, and family members should also try to create a warm and comfortable family environment for patients, which can help prolong their survival time.
