The patient, female, 16 years old, had vertigo for 1 year and was admitted for 2 months. surgery was performed on October 14, 2008. Pathology confirmed medulloblastoma. Postoperative cranial MRI showed that the tumor was completely resected by Liu Rui, Department of Neurosurgery, Naval General Hospital. The patient’s vertigo symptoms disappeared after surgery.
