(1) Course of disease: The natural course of hemangioma is rapid growth from 1 to 12 months after birth, and the tumor proliferation is faster than the growth rate of infants, which is the proliferation period, followed by 1 to 5 years of slow receding, which is the receding period; (2) Color: Superficial hemangioma is bright red, and the color gradually deepens during the proliferation period, and starts to recede from bright red to dark purple, and finally to flowery spots, and the surface of deep hemangioma The skin of deeper hemangioma surface is elevated, normal color or translucent blue. (3) Palpation: The texture of hemangioma is like rubber, and the blood in it cannot be emptied by pressure, and the body position test is negative. In the regression stage, the hemangioma is a residual fibrofatty tissue with a softened texture.
