Neck muscle exercise

A, anterior cervical flexor exercise: cross your fingers to the forehead, palms and forehead antagonism, for about 20-30 seconds, with 10 seconds interval. B, posterior cervical extensor exercise: cross your hands to the occipital area, palms and occipital antagonism, for about 20-30 seconds, with 10 seconds interval. C, lateral cervical flexor exercise: ipsilateral palms to the upper part of the ear, palms antagonistic to it, for about 20-30 seconds, with an interval of 10 seconds, and so on, alternating left and right. A, B, C (left and right) as a group of circular exercise, do 5-10 groups each time, once in the morning, once in the middle of the day and once in the evening, and additional when necessary. Note: For patients who need functional neck exercise after cervical spine surgery, they should do it gradually in terms of duration and number, in order to feel that it does not cause discomfort. Remind everyone: functional exercise of the neck muscles should be adhered to for a long time and persistently!
