Who is suitable for IUI treatment?

  Artificial insemination is an assisted reproductive technique that involves the insertion of semen into the female reproductive tract for the purpose of conception through non-coital means. Depending on the source of the semen used, there are two types of artificial insemination: artificial insemination with husband semen and artificial insemination with donor semen.  What cases are suitable for artificial insemination with husband’s semen?  1. Men are infertile due to sexual dysfunction, genital malformation and psychological factors that lead to inability to have sexual intercourse. Such as impotence, premature ejaculation, non-ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, hypospadias, penile flexion malformation, etc.  2.Males are sterile due to oligospermia, weak semen, liquefaction abnormalities, etc.  3, female infertility due to abnormal cervical mucus secretion, genital tract abnormalities and psychological factors leading to inability to have sexual intercourse, etc.  4, immune infertility, such as the presence of anti-sperm antibodies, etc.  5, Infertility of unknown cause.  6.Infertility caused by endometriosis of the female partner.  What are the cases in which artificial insemination with husband’s semen cannot be done?  1. The female partner has obstruction in the combination of sperm and egg due to tubal factors, such as bilateral tubal obstruction or removal, etc.  2. The female and male partners are suffering from acute genitourinary infections or sexually transmitted diseases.  3.The female and male partners are suffering from serious hereditary diseases, serious physical diseases, mental and psychological disorders that are not suitable for fertility.  4.The female partner and male partner are exposed to teratogenic amount of radiation, poison, drugs and in the period of action.  5.The female partner and the male partner have bad habits such as alcoholism and drug addiction.
