Surgery for neuroblastoma is difficult, especially the surgical resection rate of stage 3 and 4 is very low because the tumor wraps and infiltrates the main blood vessels behind the peritoneum. After chemotherapy, the tumor will shrink and harden, which will be favorable for surgery, but the surgical resection rate is reported to be about 50% at home and abroad. Based on our surgical experience, we concluded the method to improve the surgical resection rate by vascular skeletonization, which greatly improved the rate of complete resection by the naked eye (21/22). The actual recording of the surgical procedure was published in the Third National Pediatric Tumor Surgery Symposium and the Third Cross-Straits Pediatric Tumor Symposium, and was recognized. Complete surgical resection is beneficial to the long-term survival of the child.
