Children are divided into acute lymphoblastic leukemia and acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia should be treated for 2 years if it is a standard risk and 2.5 years for high risk. Acute gonorrhea is divided into induction phase, where induction therapy is almost in the hospital and treatment starts from the first day of diagnosis and should end with induction therapy in 32-33 days. After induction therapy, CM consolidation therapy is started, and there is a 7-day period for consolidation therapy. But there is a fear of infection, and in case of co-infection, the hospital stay is longer. If CM is standard risk, the next high dose is started, 4 high doses, each high dose is 10-14 days. Follow the standard course of treatment and go down to maintenance therapy to prevent micro residues and to kill and remove them completely. The total course of treatment will take at least 2 years, or two and a half years if it is high risk. Unlike acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, acute non-lymphocytic leukemia basically ends with 6 courses of treatment and then starts maintenance therapy, which also takes more than 1 year.
