For people with high incidence of liver cancer, the following items need to be tested: 1.Fetoprotein test, to see whether there are tumor markers, fetoprotein has a certain sensitivity for examination, but we also found clinically that the fetoprotein of some patients may not be high, and the fetoprotein of liver cancer patients can be high, but patients with no high fetoprotein cannot completely exclude the possibility of liver cancer. Ultrasonography is also a means to diagnose liver cancer. The characteristics of ultrasonography are that it is easier to operate, less expensive and has a higher detection rate for liver lesions. 3.CT, CT is a very important means to examine liver cancer, which is more frequently done in the country. 4.Angiography, although it is very accurate in the diagnosis of liver cancer, this method is invasive, firstly, an incision has to be made in the femoral artery, and a tube has to be inserted into the femoral artery and up to the hepatic artery to reveal the tumor vessels. Hepatic arteriogram is not the first choice because it is invasive. Nowadays, this means is more often used as treatment, that is, we usually talk about interventional treatment, which is carried out through the hepatic artery foci, and the anti-cancer drugs are directly injected into the tumor blood vessels through the catheter to achieve the therapeutic effect. 5.Ultrasound imaging can accurately detect the blood flow distribution of liver cancer and better guide microwave or other minimally invasive treatments under ultrasound.
