Does cervical cancer always cause leg pain?

Cervical cancer does not necessarily cause leg pain. The earliest symptoms of cervical cancer patients mainly include irregular vaginal bleeding and increased leucorrhea. When the tumor continues to invade outward and compress the sciatic nerve, it may cause leg pain on the compressed side, usually on the outer side of the leg, sometimes paroxysmal, and sometimes persistent. Bone metastasis in the lower extremity may also cause leg pain, which is usually pain in the bones of the metastasis, and the pain will gradually increase, especially when resting. Tumor compression of lower limb veins or enlarged lymph nodes in the groin may affect blood circulation, which may cause swelling and pain in the lower limbs.
