Do you belong to the high-risk group of liver cancer?

We found through a large number of clinical cases that liver cancer usually has no obvious symptoms in early stage, so it is often ignored by patients. Many patients only go to hospital when they have symptoms such as pain in the liver area, yellowish skin stain, wasting and weakness, but they are already in the middle or late stage of liver cancer after examination, losing the best treatment time. From the perspective of specialists, good prevention and early screening of liver cancer can effectively reduce the death rate of liver cancer and benefit those at high risk of liver cancer. Then, what kind of people need to pay special attention to whether they have liver cancer or not? Clinically, we pay special attention to the following groups of people: first, those who have a history of chronic viral hepatitis for more than 5 years, especially those with hepatitis B and C, which are the most common high-risk groups for liver cancer; second, those who have a close relative or family member who has been diagnosed with liver cancer; third, those who have been drinking alcohol for a long time; fourth, those who have consumed foods such as pickled, smoked, moldy rice and noodles or whose drinking water has been contaminated; fifth, those who have been working under high pressure, heavy workload or long-term Fifthly, those who are under long-term work pressure, heavy workload or long-term mental depression, poor sleep, and weak basic immune status. If you are confirmed to belong to the high-risk group of liver cancer, besides adhering to preventive measures such as antiviral therapy, quitting alcohol and improving lifestyle, it is most important to pay attention to health checkups, for example, those over 40 years old with high risk of liver cancer should have routine liver cancer screening such as liver ultrasound and AFP once every six months to a year. Most early liver cancers can be screened out through liver ultrasound and AFP tests. Once detected, timely diagnosis and treatment is necessary to obtain the best possible prognosis.
