First, patients with osteoporosis have a high risk of falls, followed by possible fractures and even life-threatening injuries. According to statistics, 40% of people over 65 years old have experienced 1 fall. Therefore, we not only focus on the measurement of bone density, but also perform the assessment of fall risk. Through the evaluation of the balance meter, we assess the fall risk index and advise patients to be safe in their daily life and avoid falls. According to the overall condition of the patient, we design individualized exercise training to improve balance, as the saying goes, “life is in exercise”, and prevent falls by increasing bone stress and strengthening muscle strength, combining internal and external. 1, horse stance training: feet about a foot away from the wall, shoulders, back, hips against the wall, internal chin and abdomen, body slowly slide down, knee flexion angle of about 45 °, and then slowly slide up. 2.Lumbar and abdominal strength training: supine position, back, waist and hips close to the bed, bend the hip and knee 90°, ask the patient to tighten the abdomen, maintain the normal breathing rhythm, hands on the side of the body in the range of 0-45° up and down. 3.Lower limb strength exercises: hold the handrail with both hands and perform stepping exercises on the soft mat. Maintain an even step speed and moderate intensity. The above movements are maintained for 10 seconds each time, repeat 10 times as a group, 3-5 groups per day. Note: Exercise training is not universal, do not copy and practice, please consult a rehabilitation physician! Secondly, osteoporosis is a systemic disease with circumferential skeletal pain, and this is one of the main reasons why most patients seek medical attention. Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapy is used to relieve symptoms quickly and effectively by improving microcirculation. The treatment process is safe and comfortable and does not produce any pain, allowing patients to achieve simultaneous release of physical and psychological energy.
