Can a two-month-old cough and nasal congestion heal themselves?

  Whether a two-month-old baby’s cough and nasal congestion can heal on its own depends on the specific condition, and cannot be generalized.  If your baby’s cough and nasal congestion is mild, it may be caused by a cold, and some of the affected children can heal themselves.
