Foot swelling is heart failure grade

There is no correlation between swollen feet and heart failure classification, which should be divided into four levels. Grade 4 refers to the symptoms of heart failure that can be caused even when not engaged in any work. When swelling of the feet occurs, it is important to consider that if the patient has a heart failure condition, then right heart failure or total heart failure should be considered before swelling of the lower extremities occurs. The swelling of the feet is not entirely caused by heart failure, for example, if the patient has poor venous valve function in the lower extremities, the lower extremities become swollen due to poor venous return. In general, the swelling of the lower extremities caused by the lower extremity venous valve function will appear to be light in the morning and heavy in the evening.
