Clinically, some atypical hepatic hemangiomas are diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma of the liver, which is mainly related to the manifestation of the lesion itself and the subjective understanding of the imaging physician. The enhancement characteristics of atypical hepatic hemangioma are also atypical, and the enhancement scan will not show the typical “fast in and slow out” performance, but sometimes it will show a mild progressive enhancement, which is similar to the enhancement characteristics of cholangiocarcinoma, and coupled with the irregular morphology, it may be misdiagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma occasionally. Therefore, most of the cases need to be combined with tumor marker test and pathological biopsy to make a comprehensive judgment. If liver occupation is found in clinic, but there is no obvious discomfort and tumor marker does not rise, the diagnosis should be clarified through the comprehensive judgment of various examinations. It is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition.
