The first cranial CT showed cerebral hemorrhage in the left basal ganglia region with an estimated volume of 35 mL. After excluding intracranial aneurysm by cranial CTA examination, he was treated with cone cranial hematoma removal with good results, and the patient gradually became conscious the day after cone cranial. The patient’s consciousness was gradually awakened on the second day after the cranial cone.
