Can a mild form of nephritis be cured?

Mild nephritis can usually achieve clinical cure. In clinical practice, mild nephritis is generally understood as patients with isolated hematuria, or a small amount of hematuria, proteinuria, or slightly more urine protein to a moderate amount of proteinuria, in which case it is generally considered mild nephritis. The clinical symptoms of mild nephritis are not serious, and the pathological manifestations are generally mild, and most patients have a good prognosis, so these patients are generally not given special treatment in clinical practice. For example, in patients with isolated hematuria, patients are usually not allowed to use medication, but are mainly followed up on a regular basis, requiring an annual urine routine to see if the number of red blood cells in the patient’s urine has increased and if there is any urine protein, to prevent the aggravation of the disease. For patients with small amount of hematuria and proteinuria, patients may be given ACEI and ARB drugs as prescribed by the doctor. Commonly used ACEI drugs include enalapril, benazepril, fosinopril, captopril, etc. Commonly used ARB drugs include cloxacin, telmisartan, irbesartan, valsartan, olmesartan, etc. These drugs are good for lowering the patient’s urine protein, but when applying the drugs, it should be noted that the patient’s blood pressure should not be lowered too much, and these drugs have the risk of raising the patient’s blood creatinine, so if the blood creatinine rises more than 50% after applying the drugs, the drugs need to be stopped. In patients with a small amount of hematuria and proteinuria, the condition can generally remain stable for a long time after the application of drugs. After applying hormone therapy, the urine protein level of more patients can be reduced, some patients can turn negative, some patients can also reduce the urine protein to less than 0.5g in 24 hours, and overall it is considered a clinical cure. However, there is no way to completely cure nephritis, you can use drugs to keep the patient’s overall condition stable for a long time, and the disease does not continue to progress.
